Surgery Squad is Clearly Trained’s internal playground on the web. This project of ours started off to help us learn advanced programming techniques, practice development efficiencies of complex procedures and simulations, as well as hone our skills in online marketing and mobile development. We currently attract around 320,000 visitors per month with an average stay length of 11.5 minutes, and well over 1,400,000 pageviews per month and growing. Our goal is to dominate the online and mobile app world with the most popular patient education site out there.
This course for Bombardier helps managers understand substance and policy abuse in the workforce. We created a full scenario with interactive conversations, custom 3D illustrations, character photo shoots and green screen video – all wrapped up in an exciting narrative to stress the importance of interacting with each employee to get a feel for their capabilities on a daily basis.
We created 14 interactive courses, plus one interactive game for Conexus Indiana, which spanned the broad topics of Manufacturing and Logistics processes. The content was created completely from scratch, and the lessons included quizzes, interactions, narrative/dialogue, and in-class lesson plans. The custom manufacturing and logistics game included character animation, 3D illustrated environments, non-linear interactions which allowed users to create and design their own MP3 player.

Lowe’s Conveyable Loading Simulator
Lowe’s contracted Clearly Trained to develop two eLearning courses that covered the fundamentals of loading conveyable and non-conveyable product on semi-truck trailers. This course was to be developed as an educational resource for their distribution center employees in effort to increase efficiency while properly loading product onto outbound trailers. The Lowe’s team also wanted the employees’ knowledge tested through a highly interactive simulation that we needed to develop from scratch.
Lowe’s HR Coaching
Lowe’s was in need of a course teaching managers how to deal with a variety of employee issues, from disputes to day to day conflicts and personality issues. This three part series covers multiple in-store simulations through photography and voiceover acting, then builds up to a fully interactive conversation that you can control as an employee’s manager. Based on the decisions you make, body language and character responses change throughout the experience.
